Refund Policy

Cancelling

Plans do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: you keep access until the end of the month or year you paid for, and you are never charged again unless you choose to renew.

Refunds

• First payment: if OpenSetup is not for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.
• Renewals: renewal charges are not refunded, but you can cancel before the next renewal at any time.
• Billing errors: duplicate or incorrect charges are always refunded in full.
• Trading results are never grounds for a refund: analysis is educational, not a promise of profit.

How to ask

Email support@opensetup.ai from your account email. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Bachs, usually within 5–10 business days.
